As with most careers, ministers’ job descriptions tend to morph into something they don’t recognize anymore. The great people of their church want them to “fix†everything from a leaky faucet in the downstairs bathroom to neighborhoods of lost people in the community. For some ministers the answers come easily, but then there are those not-so-easy-for-anyone-to-answer kinds of problems. For instance, if someone told you and your staff that reaching the young adults in your church and community was critical for the future of your church, would anyone among you know how to accomplish such a feat? . . .
